Job Title: Document Solutions Manager

Job Description:

The primary focus will be on selling the archive solutions portfolio, focusing on box, file and media storage but also being able to identify opportunities for digital solutions, for both scanning and EDM requirements. The purpose of the role is to present our Client Management as a true cradle to grave solution partner who can assist companies in completing the transition to a digital platform regardless of where they currently are on their roadmap for this goal.

Key Activities (but not limited to):

  • Ensure internal CRM (Salesforce) is up to date, including any telephone, email and appointment making – comprehensive details are expected
  • Build and maintain lead generation lists to meet business KPI’s
  • Work with the team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals
  • Manage your own time and productivity to become a self-sustainable role
  • Sourcing potential leads via publications and social media
  • On-boarding new clients and identifying strategies to enhance their business
  • Managing your own pipeline to ensure constant delivery
